His core area of practice lies in Indirect Tax Litigation, with a strong focus on drafting replies, appeals, and comprehensive legal submissions.
Entering into formal legal practice through Vaditvam Legal LLP, he continues to build on his deep litigation exposure, analytical acumen, and structured advocacy skills.
He has authored numerous articles on GST for respected publications such as GST Law Times (Centax Publications), ICAI newsletters, Taxguru, MACCIA Chamber Patrika, Vyapari Mitra, Tax Tribune, and other professional platforms. He is the author of the series “GST शास्त्र” and has written the book “GST शास्त्र for Builders & Real Estate Transactions”.
Yogesh is a regular speaker at professional forums and has addressed seminars on a wide range of GST topics. He is also a visiting faculty at various institutions. His advisory experience spans multiple industries—including construction, manufacturing, and services—where he has guided clients on transactional structuring, tax planning, and implementation of compliance systems and processes.
He has actively contributed to policy and representation work, having represented several industry issues before Government Authorities in his capacity as Chairman of the Legal & Representation Committee of the Maharashtra Tax Practitioners’ Association.

A. Jatin Christopher is a distinguished professional holding qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Law Graduate. Having qualified in 1996, he brings nearly three decades of extensive experience in Indirect Tax Laws, litigation strategy, interpretational matters, and high-level advisory.
A nationally respected speaker, author, and faculty resource, he is known for his scholarly depth, clarity of thought, and ability to simplify complex legal concepts. He is a published author and a long-standing resource person for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), contributing to its post-qualification programs in Indirect Taxation. He also supports ICAI in developing educational, research, and professional reference material on indirect tax jurisprudence.
His expertise is regularly sought by Government bodies, and he is frequently invited as a resource person for training practitioners, trade associations, and departmental officers on evolving issues under indirect tax law.
Mr. Christopher has been in professional practice in Bengaluru since 2000 as a Partner at JCSS, a reputed full-service professional firm with a pan-India presence.

Kishor Lulla was born and raised in Sangli. He began his professional journey in taxation in 1980 under the firm name T. B. Lulla & Company.
With decades of extensive experience in taxation laws, he has also served as the President of the Goods and Services Tax Practitioners Association of Maharashtra.
He is an active member of the All India Federation of Tax Practitioners.
Mr. Lulla regularly contributes articles on GST, consumer awareness, and the Right to Information to publications such as Sales Tax Review, Vyapari Mitra, and various other journals and bulletins issued by tax associations.
